Perfect location for us, with friendly staff and comfortable room.

The room was very comfortable and spacious with everything we needed. The daily housecleaning was great. Staff were very accommodating. The location was fantastic - walking distance to the Mall of the Emirates & Metro train station and very easy to get taxis.

Good place to stay

The location is great, quite a few restaurants around the hotel, walking distance from the mall of the emirates, a new building is in construction right opposite the hotel that can be noisy.

Always difficult to get a late check out.

Nothing good lasts forever.

Same great location Easy access to everything nearby. Underground parking Washing machine (bring your own detergents) Budget stay

This used to be my favorite budget hotel However it looks like the quality has gone down over the years. The room we were assigned 1112 has a horrible moldy bathroom ceiling, the bathrooms weren't in great shape either. The furniture smelled and the TV barely had any channels. Since we came by car we brought our own pillows as the pillows were usually stiff. I have always had a great experience here (archived reviews) however this time it was a bit disappointing.

We had a really enjoyable stay, and are looking forward to a return visit.

The room was comfortable, there was plenty of kitchen equipment for those wishing to self-cater, we ate out most of the time, only eating breakfast in the room, the beds were very comfortable, and made up daily. The bathrooms were ok, the one in our room looked very aged, the hotel is located within walking distance of local supermarkets and the large mall, you do need a taxi to get around, use the app Careem, this is a very good app for booking taxis, restaurants, etc. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, we lost a camera on the 2nd day, they went out of their way to help find it, we were able to collect from a taxi company on route to the airport on our final day, we would defiantly use this hotel again.

Our only gripe was the bathroom, although we used the shower, the bath looked to have several cracks, putting us off having a bath.

Worst stay

I do like each and everything at that property with location as well. Specially I would like appreciate the housekeeping guy from Srilankai I forgot his name. He was very kind and and friendly.

I doesn’t like the behaviour of reception team even manager was there while I check-in. Front of the house team should be more active and attentive. Guest is passing from reception no greeting no smile at all. I stay 4 nights but during my last stay I requested extra bed for my friend and they have changed me that. I shouldn’t be informed during my check in. Always the apartment gave stay for 3 people. I invited my friend and it was very disappointed. Front office team they doesn’t not even how to talk, I got reply I send security first pay then I’ll send bed. This doesn’t make good sounds.

Housekeeping staff are good and devoted to their tasks

Rooms ceiling leakage ( water drops) . The walls are well due to humidity The upholstery has to be looked into The kitchen culinary is not complete and some are not in good condition.

Stay was good, but the property itself requires some renovation, especially the bathrooms.

Nice sized apartments, oldish style, good location.

Great location, lots of cafes and restaurants all around, super close to the Mall, friendly staff, the room was very large and comfortable.

Wonderful five day vacation in Dubai!

The rooms were very large and comfortable. The kitchen was fairly well equipped, except for any cleaning supplies for dishes. All appliances worked well. The rooftop pool was nice, and the health club was well stocked with fitness equipment. Parking in the underground garage was good, as the vehicles were protected from both unauthorized access and the weather. Staff was helpful and friendly. Access to the Mall of the Emirates is very handy, and there is a nearby grocery store which was quite handy.

There were some minor maintenance issues noted, some just due to age, but nothing major. (Phone not working properly upon arrival, minor issue with drapes in master bedroom of apartment, the tub and fixtures needs some maintenance, one of the frying pans had a loose handle). No cleaning supplies for kitchen. I never did see the hotel restaurant open during our stay. The pool area looked bigger in the pictures on Booking.com web site. Access and egress to and from the hotel by car is somewhat convoluted, however, I understand the hotel has nothing to do with traffic patterns
